The cashier, Emely, took a long time with each order — even writing a simple name on a cup took nearly a minute. The line kept getting longer, and several people ended up leaving because of the wait. The coffee is good, but the front-counter service definitely needs improvement."

"I ordered a mocha bianca and caramel macchiato in a few different occasions. It was okay. The coffee is similar to any normal coffee shop. But, the atmosphere is what you want. Coffee in the Nordstrom breezeway makes for a very nice time. But, you could always grab Starbucks in the center of the town center then walk down to the breezeway. Either way, you can’t go wrong. Also, they tend to make drinks less strong than usual."
