"First let me preface this by stating that Vale Healthy Kitchen is so very good. It is perfect for my dietary needs. However, I will never order from them ever again. (Especially via Uber Eats. It’s is not Uber Eats fault that they fail to properly fulfill their orders.) The last few times I’ve ordered from them I have had missing items. This time spent over $50 (and that is before the tip). I had requests for sauces or dressings on the side and it was missing. The salmon in the Way Out East Salad is missing, spinach and arugula salad was missing, my buy one get one side of teriyaki chicken missing, oh and my side of broccoli….you guessed it MISSING! I, of course got my refund via Uber Eats for the missing items. guess I come out better to go in person to order food. That way I can conduct quality checks and make sure they do their job. On second thought, I don’t think I will be patronizing their business ever again. I advise anyone don’t order from Vale Healthy Kitchen via any delivery service. Go and order in person. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take pictures of the missing items.😒"

"We were looking for some plant based food near the Riverwalk in Jacksonville Florida and stumbled on Vale. They had a really good selection of plant based options so we decided to share a regular bowl. Good thing we shared, so much food even 2 of us had trouble finishing it! So excellent value for the money 💰. Miracle and Rosa were also outstanding, really exemplify good customer service by explaining everything, showing us all the vegan options we could choose from, sharing recommendations and even letting us sample the vegan chili and buffalo chicken strips they offer. We love build your own style restaurants because you get exactly what you want. We didn't even get to explore the acai bowls and smoothies!! We found our new favorite place in Jacksonville that can please anyone, plant based or not as they offer traditional healhtier options of various animal proteins. We are definitely coming back very soon!"

"We stopped in after walking around the Riverwalk. We’d never been here before. We had a bowl with vegan chicken, quinoa sweet potatoes, edamame, plant based chil, mushrooms - it was so good. The ladies who work here are AMAZING- we were helped by Miracle & Rosa who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The dragonfruit lemonade was tart and sweet and the prettiest fuchsia color. Can’t wait to come back!"
