"Extremely Disappointing Experience I’ve been a loyal Gregory’s Coffee customer at the Treasure Coast location for over a year. As someone who oversees a retail store in the mall, I visit this café frequently and have never had an issue—until today. While ordering my usual coffee with non-fat milk, the cashier struggled to enter it into the system. Another employee, who identified herself as the manager, looked at me and said twice, “She doesn’t understand you,” in a sarcastic and dismissive tone. It made me question whether I wasn’t speaking clearly. Moments later, the cashier asked how to enter non-fat milk, and the same manager responded “skim” in an even more sarcastic tone. When I pointed out that she clearly had understood me, she denied making the original comment. Because of her attitude and unprofessional behavior, I chose not to complete my purchase. In over 25 years working in retail, received such poor treatment from a coffee shop it such a bad experience. It’s disappointing to realize I’ve supported this location for over a year only to be spoken to this way. I truly feel for the team members who have to work under that type of leadership."

"I've been coming to this Gregory's since Starbucks left and it became Gregory's. I've never had a bad experience! The drinks are delicious, the pastries are delicious, and the staff is so incredibly friendly. Gotta get a coffee or refresher every time I come to the mall, I swear."
