"This place really missed the mark. The food was highly overpriced for the quality, and the service was just plain bad — inattentive and unprofessional. Honestly, the only good thing about the restaurant is that it works if you just want a spot to drink and party. If you’re going for a proper meal and good service, this is not the place. Only reason is a 3 and not a 2 is because place is very nice, clean, and with a nice decor and live music amazing."

"The experience was disappointing, I made a reservation for Sunday's brunch a couple of weeks ago to celebrate my husband's and daughter's birthday, I reserved for 25 people and when I got there they had the tables set up, and they allowed me to decorate an area with balloons, my waitress was very collaborative and helped me set up. The place was pretty much empty, and only 2 more tables had customers, so when I requested to add another table because I had extra people, they were a little difficult because it was going to blocked an area......go figure. I also asked if I can use another table to put the gifts, she told me no, because those were for customers.... which customers???, the place was empty, so I had to put them in a chair; I had a little box with the decorations that I put to the side of the bar(also empty) but she asked me if I can take it to the car because the box can't stay there. I ordered 7 plates of appetizers for my guests and buckets of beers, they had a good flavor, but when they ordered food from the regular menu most of my guests said it need it more seasoning and salt, including a ceviche my husband ordered; I also ordered a jalea and then I wanted to other 2 more for the table and she told me they ran out!! The placed opens at 12 pm, it was only 2:00pm, the place is empty how they ran out after 2 hours..... doesn't make any sense. I brought my own cake, but my waitress told me she could give me paper napkins toserve the cake, I guess they couldn't gave me little plates, I said no thank you!! Finally the last nail in the coffin was when my sister asked for a glass of water and the waitress told her that only the first glass was FREE after that they only sell bottles of water, freaking insane. I spent almost a $1000, not including what my guests paid and they couldn't served tap water, I understand now why the placed was empty. I would never go back."

"Awful !! Took forever for them to bring our table of two our food; when there was only one other table of guests at the time. The tostones were acceptable, but the Lumo Saltado was not. The flavor was OK, but having had this dish all over South Florida many times over Left this one being mediocre. For $29 you generally get better quality and more quantity of meat. Instead, they loaded up with peppers. The music was louder than most nightclubs at midday. To make matters worse, upon requesting the check from Ariel, the waiter we were disappointed even further. He brought his handheld machine, With it set to where, I could choose how much tip to give. Note that 20% had already been selected. When asked to see the itemized check I noticed a 20% “ Service Charge” Had already been included. When questioned Ariel had a very well rehearsed shady speech about how that service charge is split amongst restaurant staff. So yes, They are total scammers trying To screw customers for 40% worth of tip."
