"I really do like this place and have been a regular customer for a while. I love their coffee, and the ladies at the front have always been very kind to me. However, I was disappointed with how the manager handled a recent situation. There had been a mix-up with my last online order, and at the time I was told I could come back and receive a replacement at no cost. I’ll be honest—it had been a few weeks before I reached out because I wasn’t in the area and had been busy, but since no time frame was mentioned and I’ve never dealt with this type of issue before, I didn’t think it would be a problem. When I called, I was told the manager said they would not honor it because too much time had passed. While I understand that the timing wasn’t ideal, I would have appreciated a better customer service approach, especially as a returning customer. I even asked to speak with the manager directly to share my feedback, but they did not get on the phone, and I was told it was out of their hands. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth because of how the situation was handled by the manager. Good customer service goes a long way, and this could have easily been resolved in a better way in my opinion."
