from Google & Yelp"FAST in and out! They sell just about anything you need at the Emerald Bay Cafe & Market. I get coffee or tea every morning. Good drink selection (soda, juice, water, etc). The breakfast sandwiches in the Starbucks need a little help. But the salads, salads, and other food are delicious! I will go back again this week while I am at the Gaylord."
"I wanted to write this review to shout out Oscar, who was so helpful!! He offered to go and went out of his way to find what we were looking for and was super friendly in conversation. Made dining here enjoyable!"
"A beautifully remodeled cafe with a lot of grab and go items, full service coffee drinks, and a self check out. During our 5 day stay they were out of the majority of hot breakfast items we expect. The pricing is also very inflated as is reflected by the hotel (you’re a captive audience in a convention hotel). The coffee is extremely bitter and overpriced. I am not a coffee snob and I was continually disappointed. I tried an americano, cappuccino, latte, and drip coffee over our stay and all disappointed. It’s sad they spent so much money making the cafe look beautiful but serve terrible coffee and the service was never much better."
"$5.59 for a Teavana TEA BAG that you have to MAKE YOURSELF!!!! I am appalled and disgusted by the fact that they have the audacity to ask for a tip after such an abysmal experience. Does not take cash. The woman that took the order wasn’t even nice. “The hot waters over there, you can make it yourself.” THE HELL I CAN FOR $5.59. The tea wasn’t good at all & is from a brand that has been bankrupt for a few years now so it’s old too. Go literally anywhere else."
"Literally one of the best coffees. They were friendly, highly able to adjust my coffee priorities."
