I just missed having more Brazilian sweet options, like sweet bread and other traditional items, and also a misto quente (ham and cheese pressed sandwich). Overall, a great experience. Thank you!"

"Not a lot of food but what’s there is fantastic. The service was quick and reliable. The Brazilian latte was excellent especially if bitter espresso usually gives you heartburn…this latte is for you. Delightful sweet smooth and easily consumed. Open, quiet, clean atmosphere. We will be back."

"Kitanda is a pretty chill place to go. Chicken Coxinha and Flan was on point! I wasn’t a fan of the Beef Esfirre, the bread was good. The Abrigadero (chocolate dessert) cocoa tasted different than my normal. I’ll definitely go back and try other things."

I highly recommend the guava and cheese pastry; it's the perfect combination of flavors. Another must-try is the pastrami, cheese, and spinach savory pastry. And the coffee? It's exactly what you need to get your day started right – smooth, full-bodied, and served perfectly hot. Do yourself a favor and order the Brazilian latte; it's a delicious specialty. Slightly sweet and yummy. Kitanda offers a great taste of Brazilian culture with a warm smile. There are plenty of seats and it’s nice to work here sometimes for a change. You won’t regret coming."
