The employees weren’t overly friendly, but the pumpkin spice espresso martini was one of the best I ever had. I just wished I wouldn’t have gotten the whipped cream on top is that felt like it was over half of the drink. The drink was small for the price."

"My husband and I both got a spiked drink. I did a pumpkin espresso martini and he did the tea breeze. Both were a double. They are not skimpy on the pours either. Make sure you have food in your stomach before attempting wither drink. We continued to talk about both drinks for days and how great they were."

"This review is for the Waterside window coffee. It's Monday night at 8:30. The stage is filled with music and people gathered. I stand in line to order a hot coffee and hot chocolate. I proceed to order and the guy looks at me dead pan glare..We don't have coffee..hot coffee. Ok, I will have a hot chocolate..We don't have any hot drinks. I literally laughed. You're a coffee shop at Disney and you don't have hot coffee when it's 55 degrees and windy out in December? You have at least 2 hrs left open and nothing hot to serve? I left and got hot chocolate and coffee elsewhere, $20 they could have made. I drank my hot chocolate and watched the show while the two employees kept turning away customers and continuing their conversation. My point how hard is it to brew some coffee or go yo a sister store and get coffee and hot chocolate? Try harder; do more...Where's the Disney magic and customer service."
