"UPDATE: It gets worse! I placed an online order for a pick up time. Order wasn't done on time. Was told that I can get a refund online. Walked through the app with the employee and there's no way to request a refund. Be careful when you place an order OLD REVIEW: The reviews are true! The staff needs serious revamping. They are all trained to not care about the customers. Sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes to get taken care of. And sometimes you have to wait 20 minutes to get your coffee. I've counted it in a timer so that's how I know. Some of the staff is ridiculous rude. Never have a smile on their face. They have the type of barista that gives you dirty looks 💅 just because you came to get coffee. Because you know they work in a coffee shop!! If there's two baristas they will just strike up conversation with each other and not continue making coffee or greet the customer. The drinks are all inconsistent. Everyone in there makes their own version of their drinks. I've talked to some baristas and yes they have confirmed that they make them according to their own version of how they like it. The employees are on their phones a lot!! If they are making one coffee at the espresso machine they just sit there and let the machine do its job while they sit on their phones with people in the line!! There's only about 2 baristas in there which you can get coffee from without them giving you an attitude. I already can recognize them and keep away from the slow and rude ones. But they continue to get hours and shift and so I can only get coffee about 10% of the time during one week. The manager needs to be stricter on his employees. I believe they are too relaxed and letting things go without improvement. The employees feel like they have a solid job because it's in the hospital and there's no other coffee to be purchased at the hospital."

"This place is in the Hospital cafeteria. You need to get a cafeteria tag from the security to go there. I got good service though. Foxtail coffee is worth the extra effort. ☕️😊"

"After an appointment here at the hospital I proceeded to get a drink at the foxtail located in the cafeteria. I stood at the counter while a lady was waiting on her order, then was approached by a co-worker, they proceeded to have a conversation. The barista began to involve herself into the conversation even stopping whatever drink she was making to ask about "what hair salon did you go to?" Then continued to ask if it was in this area this far away....just completely stood there taking forever to complete the drink. IT GETS WORST! She completed the drink then proceeded to go touch the staff members hair completely disregarding me at the counter. That was the last straw. I'm 9 months pregnant btw. I proceeded to walk off and immediately write this review. Whoever that girl is working this shift on 5/27/25 at 2:00pm need retraining or another place of employment. Maybe that salon she was so interested in trying to figure out it's location."
