What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"I was pleasantly surprised by this café! Despite its convenient location right next to the train station, it remains remarkably quiet and warm—the train noise doesn't interfere with the peaceful atmosphere at all. Highlights: Coffee & Food: They serve good coffee with several different options to choose from. There is also food if you’re looking for a meal or a quick snack. The Vibe: It’s a very versatile space. Inside, there’s a dedicated area for reading or eating, and they even have chess tables for a bit of entertainment. Seating: If the weather is nice, the outdoor seating is great, but the interior is just as cozy for a rainy day. Whether you have a long layover or just want a quiet spot to read with a great cup of coffee, I highly recommend stopping by."
"I always enjoy eating here. Food is delicious, service is genuinely happy and enthusiastic. I like the eclectic, world traveler, languages, book vibe. Speaks to my soul. We got there before the language exchange started, I’m planning on bringing my teens to practice their Spanish and I’ll refresh my French"
"I decided to visit this cafe after seeing that they have a weekly language meet-up on Saturdays. I just came for lunch on a Friday. It is packed with books and trinkets. There is a lot of religious material and I think a weekly Bible study (added just for a description). I ordered a cappuccino and a French quiche. I was the only person ordering at the time. The cappuccino was served fairly quickly but then there was a long wait for my quiche despite it only needing to be reheated with some simple salad on the side. Before it was served to me, the only employee at the time decided to sweep the entire dining space. I was wondering if she was going to wash her hands afterwards. Then she put away washed dishes and then served my food. If I was the only employee, my priority would have been on the patron. It’s not like something has spilled on the floor. It was the kind of sweeping that you do at the end of the day when the cafe is closing and you’re mopping afterwards. The quiche was nice. It didn’t remind me of the quiche that I buy often on all of my continual travels to France but it was nice. I don’t think that I’ll return but it was an interesting visit."
"We visited on a gloomy morning and it was just perfect ! We got a coffee, coffee cake and empanadas. The empanadas were amazing ! The beautiful interior has lots of vintage stuff, books and puzzles which bring a cozy vibe. Definitely worth the visit !"
"This is one of or the coolest cafe in Seminole County. It's right off the SunRail stop, has amazing coffee and an excellent, delish food selection. It's really cool that there are 2 chess tables readily available, many other board games and books. Such a cozy place with great service! Learned that they do game nights on Friday nights and Saturday nights they have a language-sharing meet up, which has great turnout (and several ppl who are native speakers are there to help converse in Portuguese, French, Mandarin, and others). What a cool place, looking forward to going back soon!"
