"Great coffee here and friendly staff. I had an iced Cortina which was excellent. Menu prices are very reasonable. And they actually serve SPAM with the American breakfast. I will definitely be back in the morning! Plenty of inside and outside seating. Metered parking and free on weekends. After not having spam for decades, I just had the biscuit, egg soufflés and spam. It was excellent."

"Lakeland, FL. Compared to the other locations this one has plenty of parking plus beautiful flowers. Excellent cappuccino today, the coffee flavor was deep without being acidic. The balance of regular milk to coffee was perfect. Today 7/9 patrons were doing remote work or studying (this is a college town). There’s a good mix of comfy seating arrangements and lots of tables."
