What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Google maps has a hard time finding this location Belcher, but find this location and you will be rewarded with a Pickleball Paradise with Heart and Soul. As someone who travels extensively and has had the privilege of playing at pickleball venues across the country, I’ve learned that truly exceptional facilities are rare gems. Too often, you’ll find clubs with pristine courts but a sterile atmosphere—impeccable infrastructure paired with disengaged staff and a membership that feels more like strangers sharing space than a community. Other times, you’ll stumble upon venues bursting with warmth and personality, only to be disappointed by subpar facilities that can’t quite deliver the quality of play you’re seeking. Paddle in Pint Pickleball in Clearwater Beach is that rare exception where everything comes together beautifully. This isn’t just a pickleball club—it’s a pickleball club with soul. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the difference. The staff doesn’t just check you in; they genuinely welcome you, remembering names and making newcomers feel like regulars from day one. The members embody that same spirit, creating an atmosphere that’s both competitive and incredibly welcoming. The courts themselves are top-notch—well-maintained, properly surfaced, and laid out thoughtfully for both serious play and social games. But what truly sets Paddle in Pint apart is how they’ve created a complete experience. The food is legitimately delicious (not just “good for a sports venue”), and their beer selection is impressive enough to satisfy even the pickiest craft beer enthusiast. It’s the perfect setup for post-game socializing, turning every visit into an event rather than just a workout. After countless venues in countless cities, I can confidently say that Paddle in Pint has mastered the elusive formula: exceptional facilities and exceptional people. If you’re in the Clearwater Beach area and love pickleball, this place is an absolute must-visit. Enjoy!"
"Officially opened tonight at 5:00 p.m. There are 12 outdoor surface courts but you play indoors with good air conditioning. They currently have two bathrooms in the check-in area and they will have two more by the courts. Great place to meet friends who do and don’t play as they have ping pong, corn hole and other games. Plus you can get draft and can beer, wine, champagne, cider and coffee at the bar area by the courts. It’s a cashless system. Food like pizza, charcuterie board, and other snacks will be available by month end (May). The staff are super helpful and friendly. They have tournaments posted (look at photos). They provide complementary paddles to play with."
"Pickle & Pint is hands down one of the best pickleball facilities around! The courts are top-notch, super clean, and the atmosphere is always fun and welcoming. You can tell they really care about the community here. One of the biggest highlights is that PPA Pro Paula Rivas works here — she’s incredible! Her lessons are top quality, and she makes players of all levels feel confident and motivated. It’s awesome getting to learn from a true pro in such a great environment. Between the 12 indoor courts, the great setup, and the awesome staff, this place is easily my favorite spot to play in the area. Highly recommend! And make sure to keep an eye out for their awesome events — especially Midnight Madness. It’s one of the first and only events of its kind, and honestly, one of the best nights you can have on the courts. Everyone comes together for pickleball, great food, drinks, and a live DJ. It’s pure community, energy, and fun — everything this sport is about!"
"Signed up for a DUPR evaluation class, but was placed incorrectly in a beginner open play. When I complained to a staff member, he told me that I was in the correct place about halfway through the session. I was confused on how they could rate my play. I approached the front desk and asked these questions and they told me I was on the wrong court. My email registration said court five, but the event was on a different court. I asked for a refund at the desk because I was so upset that I drove an hour from Sarasota for basically open play for beginners… the front desk did not apologize for telling me the wrong court and he said he would not authorize a refund. He called me incompetent, and it isn’t his fault. There are plenty of other places to go in St. Pete for indoor Pickleball. It’s too bad because the bartender from Minnesota was one of the nicest people I’ve met in the service industry. I walked out of the building irate that I wasted four hours of my time (between the commute and the event) and they couldn’t even apologize. I work in the Hospitality industry and I take customer service very seriously. The front desk staff at pickle & pint was the worst front desk staff that I encountered in the service industry over the past 12 years. The facility is nice., but it doesn’t make up for their lack of empathy."
"I have been playing at Pickle & Pint for 6 months now. At first I thought I would just stay during the heat of the summer but now I can't imagine leaving. I thoroughly enjoy playing here and that's pretty much 5 days a week. The facility has 12 courts so the wait times are never long between games, they play enjoyable music while you're playing and they offer level tiered open play, round robins, DUPR nights, lessons, clinics as well as special events. Something for everyone. My level of play has improved due to the consistent competition and of course their drill sessions. They have a bar area where you can order food, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. The owners and staff are super friendly and treat you like family. They also have a couple ping pong tables and a corn hole game if you're so inclined."
