"This was my second time ordering from St. Pete Bagel Company in Largo & it was great!! Bagel sandwiches here are flavorful and huge!!! Simplistic atmosphere for this location which was fine for me. Coffee is always great as they roast it in-house!!"

"We come into this business multiple times a week, order the same thing every time with no issues. Today the little red head with glasses took our order and you could tell she was confused, but you know we get the same thing every time so I figured it was easy. Got to the car, the order was switched and completely wrong. I go back in and kindly ask them to make it the right way and I get met with an attitude and telling me I ordered it incorrectly (you know the same order I order every time 2/3 times a week….seems like the person who took it got it wrong because none of the other girls ever do. Take ownership when you’re wrong, practice good costumer service when YOU mess up. Don’t talk bad about me to another customer right in front of me when I’m sitting right there. We won’t be back and your 4.1 star reviews don’t shock me now. As someone in customer service I pride myself on giving good customer service and this place isn’t it."

"Bagels are solid. Donuts are solid. They cook their eggs in the microwave which is an abomination. Customer service leaves more to be desired but it’s not bad. Some of the pricing is just annoying. Like 2.03 for a donut? Just make it $2 even. Come on already."
