"I order a coffee and a burrito this morning at 10:22am. The coffee was delicious as always, the burrito was good until I realized the bacon was not properly cooked. The young man who gave me my order had no customer service what so ever. I went to the one off of US 19 and I loved and decided to try the largo one because I was in area and I was disappointed."

"I always love a White Sandy Beach Iced Latte, and the Asiago Bagel Breakfast Sandwich! This local chain is my favorite coffee spot so far in the area ! However, I’m a little sad with this bagel sandwich today… it’s hard to bite into like it was overcooked just a tad :/ Coffee is always great here, but lately the food and service at this location hasn’t seemed the best as it was when they first opened. 💔"

"This has always been one of my favorite coffee shops. It’s a bit on the more expensive side but it’s always been worth it. The customer service lately has been declining at rapid pace. Today the woman who came up to the window so we could pay exchanged zero words with us. It also seemed like she handed our drinks and food rather aggressive and we were scared to ask for hot sauce. After paying over $30 for two burritos and coffees, I feel like your customer shouldn’t be afraid to ask for a condiment. Very much wish I could take back the tip that was left. I’m not sure if she was sick, or just unhappy, but it has to be one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had at a drive thru window in my life. Not even a hi or here’s your stuff, just very strange."

"Love their coffees & the relaxed environment. I pay less for a giant specialty iced latte than at any other coffee spot. My go to is an iced latte with oat milk, honey, & lavender. I know it sounds terrible, but discovered it on one of their coffee flights & now I'm hooked. Highly recommend ordering so you can play with the options & get exactly what you want."

"Absolutely love this location! The coffee is always consistent, syrups are great, and they’re super accommodating if you want to adjust sweetness (I usually ask for half-sweet and they actually do it). Drinks do tend to run a little sugary if you don’t specify. Food is okay — nothing bad, just not the main reason to go."
