"The good first; because service is where this place excels. It's the food industry, people make mistakes. But this establishment is so quick to fix anything brought to their attention. I appreciate the patience and calmness to which they handle mistakes; but also to which I see them handle difficult customers. Having friendly staff is such a crucial piece to local chains. The bathrooms are immaculate. Huge win for any breakfast spot. The one bad: the food is often not prepared great. Pastry's are fine but I haven't enjoyed a bagel order from here yet. Often soggy an not spread well, if at all with the selected butter."

"WOW! WOW! WOW!!! Its so exciting to see edgy modern places come to Longwood and this Foxtail outdid themselves! They have amazing bagels and bagel sandwiches, drinks, coffees, teas and sweets! The service was exceptional and the premises were extremely clean. Not to mention the have VEGAN CREAM CHEESE!!! I came with my mom and we'll be going back again with more family soon."

"My husband and I had the best time this morning at Foxtail! It was our first visit, and we absolutely loved it. The staff was so friendly and patient with us as we ordered, and the food and drinks were absolutely amazing. We had the Good morning breakfast sandwiches, hot hazelnut coffees, a lemon loaf, and a cinnamon roll. Everything was delicious! I only managed to snap a picture of my sandwich, but trust me, it was all amazing. We can't wait to go back! 10/10, would definitely recommend!"

"I absolutely love Foxtail and their coffee, the bagel sandwiches are great but unfortunately this location is poorly staffed a good portion of the time... I feel as if they just throw their newly hired staff into the mix and they never seem fully trained. They also consistently run out of cold brew growler refills kind of killing the incentive to get them... I hope this one gets a little more organized soon since it's the closest to our house."
