"okay. the food is so good. I love that they have gluten free. but i’ve been here 3 times and haven’t had one smooth experience the breakfast sandwiches take forever. the first time I got it in store i was quoted 7 minutes, it took 20. I’ve placed 2 pick up orders quoted at 15 minutes, and always end up waiting longer. Both times on the pick up orders they didn’t make it gluten free. However, the first time they caught the mistake and remade it. Anyways. today I placed a pick up order before work. I took a few bites, I don’t think it’s gluten free, and their phone doesn’t work so I can’t call to check."

"Kinda bummed to do this because I’ve been coming here for quite some time but until recently, I have been perfectly happy with my experiences…but as of lately, the service has been pretty awful. I went yesterday for a latte and had a guy behind the counter who was essentially a zombie the whole interaction and not at all friendly. Thought maybe I’d get a redemption visit today, but nope, same guy, same flatline demeanor and the girl making the food was wildly slow and my bagel was terrible…like you just toast those right? I waited about 10 minutes for this bagel and cream cheese…when I got it, the bagel was warm but not toasted and stale to where it just crumbled apart. The cream cheese was in a cup on the side instead of on the actual bagel. Just overall gross so I tossed it. The coffee itself is consistently good here but the service makes me not want to go back. They almost make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them by being there. I might give them a few more tries and will adjust my review if they shape up, but as of now this is where I stand."

"Consistently great espresso and great service! Their short food menu was also good, keeping it simple. Free WiFi. I’ve been about 6x. Is popular, recommend. Cons: I like my drinks at 9/10 hotness, too hot to touch, not 5/10, but the taste was great. Inside is not your typical decor for a coffee shop of this caliber (messy, missing tiles, etc.) but nice to have bar seating, could use a refresh with time, not a deterrent."

Hayley was a ray of sunshine and great to talk to as I sipped my coffee The gluten free honey butter biscuit was rich and out of this world delicious. I can't wait to go back."
