"First time I tried this smoothies after Workout was the best thing ever. It is the perfect after Workout drink. Especially if you don’t want to have a lot on your stomach. So tasty and so filling!! Also, really good to have if you’re not looking for anything heavy and you just want a quick something. It literally took her a couple minutes to make. Also, they are very friendly and super chill. Way better than the usual smoothie places!"

"Worst smoothie I’ve ever had. I asked the worker what smoothies have real fruit and she said only two of them. How could a place called smoothie paradise only have a few real fruit options? So I ordered a banana, mango, berry and greens smoothie, attempting to get a healthy smoothie. I asked to switch from whey protein to plant based and she wasn’t able to tell me how many grams would be in the smoothie. Having now drank 1/3 of the smoothie, I’ve thrown it away—tastes like preserved fake fruit with a half a cup of refined sugar added. The aesthetic is great, and worker was pleasant but I will definitely not be returning and would love a refund. I’d be willing to give them a second chance, but not on my dime. Stick to a local produce shop or tropical smoothie—you’re better off. I make smoothies every day and own a wellness practice and won’t be sending any clients to this cafe."
