"I’ve been coming to this coffee shop in Miami Beach for a couple of years because the coffee is consistently very good, which is why I’ve remained a loyal customer. Unfortunately, the customer service experience with one particular staff member, Claudia, has been an ongoing issue. Her attitude has often felt dismissive, and today’s interaction was noticeably worse, especially considering the situation was not a complaint at all. I simply needed to borrow a pen for a couple of minutes. What’s most concerning is that the lack of warmth and engagement seems consistent, which affects the overall atmosphere of the space. Another employee handled the same request kindly and without hesitation, showing this was not a matter of policy but of approach. In hospitality, attitude and kindness matter just as much as the product. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope it helps improve the experience for everyone."

"1.18.25 I've tried several cafes and bakeries while in town for 7 days, and this bakery has the best croissants. The pistachio croissant was absolutely amazing. They sell other yummy pastries and great coffee, and there's seating indoors and outdoors. Small place but very, very good."
