"Great breakfast, or quick lunch grab and go option right at the heart of South Beach. Block away from the Ocean Drive & the beach, great hours for morning people, and budget friendly relative to other spots nearby. Service is great too, ladies behind the counter are friendly and efficient. Everything takes so fresh. I’d recommend Brazilian gluten free cheese bread, chicken empanadas, avocado toast with egg was incredible too and of course any of their smoothies and green juices made fresh right in front of you. They do t have much in terms of seating areas so good to get everything to go to enjoy maybe at the beach"

This spot is definitely an undercover gem and my go to when I visit here from now on. All staff is very nice and respectful as well. Just love them 🔥😊❤️. This charming smoothie and sandwich shop was spotless upon arrival, and the two ladies working at midnight on 3/29 were incredibly kind and helpful. I’m so happy I was able to enjoy a delicious colada and a Cuban sandwich. Thank you!"
