"We got to La Vie Belle in Miami Beach around 8:00 a.m., that quiet hour when the city is waking up but my body is already asking for coffee. We went in with the expectation of the picture-perfect breakfast we’d seen on Instagram: sunlight, colorful plates, fresh ingredients. The weather was perfect — cool, sunny, the kind of morning that feels like a good start… except for the service. It looked like part of the staff arrived late, so there were still tables uncleared and the food took longer than usual. But once our order finally arrived, the quality made up for it. I had a black coffee (the typical American watery style), a cold green juice, and a smoked-salmon omelet with toast and potatoes. Everything was fresh and tasty, just like always. And right as we were leaving, the extra staff walked in and the whole place shifted back into its normal rhythm. A breakfast with a slow start, but a great finish."

For my main course, I chose the pappardelle alla bolognese, cooked to perfection with a rich and comforting sauce. I finished with a tender and flavorful Brochette Mignon, the ideal way to complete an already exceptional meal. One of the highlights of the restaurant is its atmosphere: it truly felt like dining in a blooming garden, a beautifully curated and relaxing setting that elevates the whole experience.
