"Million Delights has a nice vibe and a great selection of bubble tea flavors. The boba was fresh, and the drink was well balanced not too sweet, which I appreciated. I also tried their Japanese cheesecake, and it was light, fluffy, and delicious! The only downside is that the prices are a bit high compared to other bubble tea spots, but overall, it’s a good place to treat yourself"
"It really hurts me to be writing this review since I have been a loyal customer since 2023 but I am extremely disappointed with the customer service through delivery with Million Delights. Why are you accepting my order through uber eats, charging me the money, just to cancel it and now I have to wait 3-10 business days for a refund ?!?! This comes after multiple times of forgetting items in my order when I order through UberEats, always forgetting the ice, tapioca or straws in my drinks, and never being able to be reached because nobody ever picks up the telephone and one of the numbers shown on google is always disconnected. The prices are already high enough as it is but I always chose to go and tell everyone about the business because I believe in supporting local. But not when it’s at the expense of good customer service."
