The Maraş ice cream has that famous stretchy, chewy texture that you don’t find just anywhere, and it’s done perfectly here. The kara dut (black mulberry) flavor was outstanding — rich, natural, and not overly sweet, exactly how it should be. You can really taste the quality and tradition in every bite. The display was beautiful, everything looked fresh and inviting, and the shop itself was very clean and well organized. It was a fun experience for the whole family and brought back great memories of enjoying real Turkish dondurma. If you’re looking for an authentic taste of Turkey, this is absolutely the place to go.
