"This honestly felt like it was made with zero care. Almost nothing matched what I ordered. The soup was straight up disrespectful. What arrived was a small plastic container with barely anything in it. It looked more like leftover sauce than an actual soup. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, items from my main entree were missing, and I received substitutions I never asked for and was never notified about. The items I actually wanted were left out and replaced with things I didn’t choose, which defeats the entire point of ordering. Between the missing items, wrong substitutions, and the soup situation, this order felt careless and rushed. Not worth the price and not something I’d order again. I expected better from the Miami Lakes location, given its reputation."
