"I stumbled upon the Bonsai Coffee Truck at Miami Beach Botanical Gardens today, though they're usually parked in Miami Shores. Chatting with the owners, who are super friendly, I learned they've been running the truck for seven months. They actually met while working at a restaurant and decided to team up for this coffee venture. The coffee is seriously delicious. Plus, the truck itself is adorable, definitely not your average coffee spot. The customer service was fantastic, and the drinks tasted amazing."
