Or if you’re doing research on how to give the worst customer service this is a great place to visit because management will help balance the nice in you out. And just follow the manager around for a day and you will have all of the material you need on how to run an establishment into the ground. For example, we were asked to move from a reserved table, and the place was mostly empty. So we redirected our crowd of 12 to us an establishment that will actually give us good customer service."
"I just wanna say that before 4 PM the brunch Staff is fantastic. They are very attentive and very eager to serve. Let me tell you that after 4 o’clock new staff came in the staff was so different. They honestly did not care about their customer. I know that our main bill was from the brunch server, but I still expect to have the same amount of customer service from the incoming server. The food is delicious. And the vibe is amazing. However, after 4 PM, I cannot vouch for anybody. Mind you we were still using a hookah and we weren’t even approached with the possibility of refreshing it. They just didn’t care."
"This visit was on 08/19/2025 our reservation was @7:45 Me and my fiancé came for a date night and wanted to try something new other than the usual places we go to (we had the Miami Spice). Everything was going great but our server was barely there you could just tell that she just wanted to leave. Maybe she was cut after they sat us, but you shouldn’t be nonexistent to your table. She didn’t ask us how our food was or how we were doing. She didn’t pre-buss either. Bussers/Foodrunners were more keen to watch the baseball game that was going on than to pick up our plates we had ready to be taken at the corner of our table. Even the manager passed by our table with the plates still there, instead she’s speaking to the hostess, busser, and another server. I don’t know a lot about places that have Hookah but there was a table across from us were their server hit the Hookah at least 4-5 times (her guests probably asked her to, who knows) I don’t know if they allow that in this establishment but if they do cool. I caught a busser/foodrunner look at our table and empty plates as if he was going to come and pick them up but hesitated and made a hand gesture that basically said “Nah” and walked away. Our plates were still there for 10-15 mins and only got picked up when our dessert came. After all that we still put an additional tip apart from the service charge on a $200 bill. When we got up to leave no one by the hostess stand acknowledged us leaving to at least say “Thank you, have a great night”, there were 4 people at the hostess stand including the hostess, manager, a server and an employee that’s wasn’t on the clock that decided to stop by to chat. Apart from the service not being great from any of the staff including the manager (yes our server and bussers/food runners were friendly when they gave us our food and drinks, but that’s not the point). The food was good, but the service is what makes everything better, so unfortunately we didn’t have that. So I’d rather doordash or ubereats my food. Hopefully management and staff are spoken to because even though it was a slow night for them that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be paid attention to."
"Always a great time. Come see J. Gre Pat conversations at the bar. Amazing staff and the clientele are always friendly. This is my #1 spot for great late night food. Also check out Salty Flame. Nathan at salty flame is like an old friend on your first visit. Always remembers your name just like J."
"Please do not go to this place. They discriminated against my friend and I because we are black. Lied and said we could not come in because of his shorts. We pointed to a man with shorts on inside. He then ignored us and walked away. What kind of customer service is that? We then tried to get our money back from Valet. We paid with cash. Said there was nothing he can do. I explained to them what had transpired. That was a joke too. All this made me extremely unhappy. Place should be ashamed of themselves. It’s 2025. Do better"
