"The bartender from this hotel is the rudest person ever. My wife arrived before me at the hotel and was waiting for the the room to be available (even though it was past 3:00pm) when this lady saw her with a bag of food and approach her in a very bad manner telling her she couldn’t have food in the table outside of the restaurant since they sell food. She told her the food was for the room but was waiting because it wasn’t ready. A couple minutes later she had the audacity of asking my wife her name and who was the person that told her she could wait there; as if she was making any trouble. Unacceptable the way she treated her like she was beneath any of the people that were there waiting as well, felt very discriminated and racist her behavior."

"At the lobby of the East hotel, they have good coffee, fruit, pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Staff is attentive. Good bite if you don't want to leave the hotel and need something quick."
