"I have been a loyal customer for years. My last order was placed on July 3rd of last year. I have been calling for months asking what happened and they say it's coming each time I call. No coffee has been sent. It has been nearly 7 months since I ordered. I am forced to cancel the order. Interestingly enough, when I purchase the same product of Don Pablo coffee at Walmart, it comes the very next day. The Don Pablo customer service tells me it is because that coffee from Walmart is old. How come they can't send me the same old coffee!!! Old coffee is better than no coffee at all. And that is how a loyal customer is treated. 7 months!! It is too bad I have to find my coffee elsewhere. Terrible way to do business!!!"

"I order coffee on the 27th of October 2025 and today is November 15th and still haven't received my order or tracking information! I enjoy the product but this is excessive wait time ! I reached out to customer service several times and no one can tell me when it's going to ship! I reached out to the owner Darren Burke and never received a response! I don't know whats going on , it seems I'm in the dark roast of answers! This is sad 😔. I will give them rill next week to let me know whats going on , if I don't get a satisfactory result I will cancel my order ! I have to upgrade this review with fantastic results! The owner of Don Pablo did reach out and did correct things , and expedite my order! I have enjoyed their coffee, and now I am drinking their Bourbon Infused coffee for the 1st time. I am over the Bourbon barrel with excitement, the taste is a perfect blend with the taste of Bourbon and coffee with out the alcohol! I don't have to add additional alcohol to achieve this flavor, like I did in the past! Great Bourbon taste and I can enjoy my morning eye-opener while driving, with out braking the law! Cheers to Don Pablo for a great cup of coffee!"

"First time they delivered my coffee over 1.5 months after order & being charged…only after I complained. I tried again and I have already waited 1.5 months, even after complaining, and they still haven’t shipped (they said in 1.5 weeks but that was 2 weeks ago). It’s looking like 2-3 months just for a coffee delivery and both times they pinned it on an issue with their supply chain and a claim of “typically 3-7 business days” to ship. Not happy. They need a new sourcing department"

"This is my favorite brand of coffee. I love the organic light roast. Family owned and the source really nice coffee beans. The coffee business is crazy right now with policial trade disruptions and tariffs. However, Darron at Don Pablo doesn't go after the commodity coffee that's shoveled around like gravel and ends up in grocery store cans. Recently, the market conditions have caused some order delays. But Darron and his team are working through it and will be back on top soon. If you are a customer long enough, you see business cycles and you stay loyal to the brands and people you like. Hang in there and have some of the best coffee in the USA."

So come Father's Day no coffee, so I contact them for an ETA. There response is, "typically 3-7 business days plus shipping. Due to a high volume of orders and chain of supply problems, we experienced a delay, and we're very sorry. When your coffee arrives, it will be at its peak of freshness. We estimate your order will ship in about a week and a half. I respond, basically if I knew I wasn't going to get it for the Father's Day or close to that day I wouldn't of ordered it and told them you should communicate with your customers with that important detail. 2 weeks go buy and nothing I contact them AGAIN and their response, "Due to a high volume of orders and chain of supply problems, we experienced a delay, and we're very sorry. When your coffee arrives, it will be at its peak of freshness. STILL DO NOT HAVE THE COFFEE. I told them forget I don't want the coffee anymore and want a refund. They contacted me IMMEDIATELY and gave me a refund. SO THEY WHERE MESSING WITH ME UNTIL I GAVE UP ALL BECAUSE I CRITICIZED THEIR COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR CUSTOMER'S! WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOUR COFFEE ISN'T THAT GOOD."
