"I was overcharged at this Don Pan location. I ordered a croqueta, a cortadito, and a small sandwich and was told the total was around $10. After tapping Apple Pay, I was charged $12.50. When I asked about the extra $2.50, the employee claimed I must have added a tip. That’s incorrect — I did not touch the screen at all, I only tapped my phone. Instead of correcting the charge, the employee became defensive, closed the window, and called the manager. The manager did not try to resolve the issue or apologize for the mistake and instead accused me of being disrespectful. The situation was handled very poorly and unprofessionally. This is not about the amount — it’s about being charged without consent and how customers are treated when they question it. I do not recommend this location."

"Bad customer service. If you’re not a man, expect poor treatment. One of the female cashiers opened my food and bread to check for Swiss cheese after handling money, which is completely unsanitary and unacceptable."

"I always buy there, even if it is far away. That's why I was surprised when today when I ordered a pair through Ubereats, for a meeting with work friends, I received it raw. I tried to ask for a refund through Ubereats but they told me I didn't qualify. I called the restaurant hoping for a better response, considering I'm a regular customer, but the response was "bring the bread to the restaurant." It doesn't seem fair to me to have to travel so far for bread that should have been delivered in good condition, you don't pay for raw bread. I work all day and that's why I ordered it by another means, to enjoy with company, obviously we started eating it and when we were halfway through, we realized that the consistency and flavor were not what we expected. We hope we don't get sick to our stomach."
