"Very nice cozy coffee shop in the heart of aventura mall. Coffee is made fresh for you. The inside is decorated in an inviting way. They play music over the speakers so you can relax while you drink your coffee. The coffee is delicious, very sweet."

"I Love Joe and the Juice. I’ve been many times in the US and London. Their turkey sandwich with gluten free bread is great. I also tried the turkey HoHo and that sandwich was amazing also. Smoothies are great. My food was made quickly and ready when I got there - I ordered on the app to get points. It’s just a little pricey. And parking is VERY challenging at this location on the weekend. It’s in aventura mall."

"I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, but what happened today was truly not okay. I actually love Joe & The Juice and have been a loyal customer for many years, especially because I can find it almost everywhere I travel. Unfortunately, the Collins location has a completely dysfunctional parking situation. I stopped by just to grab a matcha to go, planning to be in and out, but there was no usable parking available. Their designated parking is in a lift-style lot that simply does not work for my car. I parked in the McDonald’s lot for literally two minutes to quickly pick up my drink. Before I even had the chance to place my order, I saw my car being towed. I tried running after them, but was met with total indifference. Getting my car back cost me a significant amount of money and caused extreme inconvenience and stress. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not the first complaint about the parking situation. As of January 19, 2026, nothing has been done to fix this very frustrating and ongoing issue."

"I love Joe & the Juice. In fact I have been to at least 3 of their locations throughout town. Their spaces are cool. have had many of their items on the menu such as juices, smoothies, coffee, açaí bowl, etc, and can’t complain about the quality. Everything is good, specially the smoothies. While I like the venues and enjoy their products, I consider some of them are unnecessarily that expensive. Please keep having offers through American Express, that’s how I manage to offset the prices :)"

"always a good iced latte here. They try to get through the line as quickly as possible. I hope they can soon move to a bigger location because it always seems full but again the workers do their best working efficiently to serve everyone. the sandwiches are always very good too, always consistent. ive tried a couple of them and they were all delicious. the tunacado and steak are my favorities"
