"I had to wait close to 40 minutes to receive my order, which felt excessive given the large number of staff present. Unfortunately, by the time the food arrived, it was noticeably cold. While the staff were apologetic and courteous, the overall experience reflected a lack of coordination and oversight. This café would greatly benefit from having a floor manager actively supervising operations to ensure orders are prepared and served in a timely manner. With better organization, the experience could easily match the quality the brand aims to deliver."
