What People Are Saying
from Google"This coffee shop is incredible. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The coffee was on point, smooth, and perfectly brewed. You can tell the staff truly cares about quality in everything they serve. One of the best parts is the window where you can watch the deli sandwiches being made. It adds such a fun and unique touch to the experience. Between the warm atmosphere, amazing food, and exceptional coffee, this place has easily become one of my new favorites."
"The last time I was in Miami, I stopped by the Raccoon Coffee & Kitchen trailer. I got an iced coffee and acai bowl. As you can see, I thoroughly enjoyed the acai bowl! There was a short wait, but not bad."
"🦝 Today I finally got to visit Raccoon Cafe's brick-and-mortar shop! They used to have a food truck, but now they've opened a physical location right next to my house. The spot is really pleasant with a few tables, and it's conveniently located right in Midtown. I ordered an almond milk cappuccino. The coffee was flavorful and didn't taste burnt, which is always a plus. To eat, I had a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, which was decent. However, I also ordered an almond croissant that was a bit disappointing. The filling wasn't tasty or flavorful; it seemed like a greasy, sugary paste, which fell short. You can expect to spend, on average, $10 to $15 per person. There's plenty of free parking available in the back for customers."
"I paid $10 for a dirty chai that was genuinely undrinkable. It tasted off and poorly made. I went back to the counter and very politely asked if they could remake it as a cappuccino instead. I was calm, respectful, and not confrontational at all. They took the drink back, then told me they would charge me another $10 for the cappuccino and said it was “not their fault” that the drink was bad. So let me be clear. I paid $10. They took the drink back. They refused to replace it. And I left with nothing. No refund. No replacement. No accountability. Just attitude. If you are going to charge premium prices, you need to stand behind your product and treat customers with basic decency. Mistakes happen. How you handle them is what matters. This place failed completely. Plenty of coffee shops in Miami understand customer service. This is not one of them. I will not be returning and I would strongly caution others."
"Outstandingly baked croissants meet deliciously prepared ingredients to make one of Miami's best breakfast sandwiches anywhere. The oat milk mocha latte went perfectly with this bacon egg and cream cheese (+avocado) croissant. Three tables and a counter space for locals to eat and lots of room to take out inside."
