"I have to be honest, it had been many years since the first (and last) time I eat at @romabakerymiami due to the incredibly painful slow service at the takeout window. In the last two weeks, I’ve heard nothing but good things about #romabakerymiami from my co-workers about the quality of the food and service. So, I decided to give it another try today after many years and I was not disappointed. Upon the recommendation of my co-workers I asked for the chicken bowl for dine-in lunch and it was absolutely amazing! I was quickly greeted and served and my food came out within five minutes. My bowl was spectacular, fresh, delicious and vey hot. The plantains were perfectly cooked and cilantro aioli was devine. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, just perfect ! The bakery-restaurant has been nicely re-decorated and I can’t wait to come back and try other menu items."
"Always the best service and even better tasting food. My family and I come here very often. Mariela did a great job in making us feel comfortable."
"Just a fair warning, do not come here if you want to eat actual yummy pastries and if you don’t want to be robbed of your hard earned money. The pastries are not good, and especially not worth the price. Every single thing there is either almost $4 or over $4 and it doesn’t taste good. The empanadas are very very greasy for no reason. The only thing that was good was the señorita. Even if the pastries were half the price that they are, they did not make me want to come back and get them again because they’re just that bad. Then they over charge on taxes and add tourism tax and service fees and all this stuff, like since when did bakeries in Miami start doing this? You can get pastries that taste twice as good for less than half the price literally anywhere else. Worst part is if you sit at the bar, the clear coat sealant that was applied to the wood (seemingly many, many years ago) is stickier than a mouse trap and feels really gross. You’d think that with the prices as high as they are, they might actually invest a bit of it into resealing the wood. Note to the business: please don’t reply to this with the whole “lamentamos bla bla bla”… hagan el favor y no lamenten nada. Simplemente has las cosas mejor en vez de disculparte. Cobren por el actual valor que tiene su comida y su establecimiento en vez de vivir bajo la ilusión que valen más de lo que son. Muchísimas gracias."
"The service and food were amazing! The place is super cute and nice, the lady that served us, Yuli, was super nice and attentive. Will definitely be back when I’m back in Miami."
"Paid $10 for a smoothie. Wasn't worth. Customer service was alright. Workers weren't too friendly. It's a cute little place hidden in the alley. Outdoor..."
