What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Rosetta at Brightline Station is my everyday coffee stop (I work at a law office in the building). I want to point out that Romanne Boniface, who works there, is truly exceptional—always friendly, upbeat, and he genuinely makes my mornings better. He remembers my order and makes the whole experience feel personal. Service is consistently excellent."
"This is a very popular place located in a great spot. Honestly, I didn’t quite understand its popularity. Perhaps it’s just the high foot traffic and a well-chosen location. The staff is super friendly, positive, and pleasant. The coffee is average, and the pastries didn’t leave much of an impression either. I’m giving good ratings for the service and the friendly atmosphere."
"Hadn’t planned on ordering anything but did because I was told it was the “best matcha.” I paid $19+ for these two small drinks. They had no ice, so hot was the only option on this day. You’d think that would’ve made the drink mix easier to stir into the hot drink, but that wasn’t the case at all. When we first opened the cups to take a sip, we saw floating, unmixed powder at the top of the cup. Tried mixing it in with a plastic fork first. The staff was really nice and took it back to froth/mix it some more. Thought it would be okay from there. But as we were drinking, we kept feeling this odd, slimy texture. A film started to collect over the top of the cup. Went to stir, met with slime 🥴 Lots of slime. It’s as if this pre-bought mix had some kind of corn syrup or something, it was that thick. The smell was also fishy, like fish food or something every time I went to take a sip. Do not recommend. I don’t know about their pastries and desserts because maybe those are good but I can’t have them since they’re not gluten free. But the drinks? No way. We ordered one regular matcha and one with coffee. Waste of $19+. Could’ve gotten better at Starbucks and that’s sayin somethin because lol we all know that’s not the gold standard either. Unfortunate because I really wanted to like this place!"
"They Rosetta Bakery has a food truck in the Design District, close to the Museum. They have quite a good selection of croissants, focaccia, breakfast sandwiches, cannolis, yogurt parfait, desserts and pastries; and of course coffee. We got pistachio filled croissants and lattes. Croissants were delicious, but our lattes were just okay."
"My favorite bakery in Miami. I always find it hard to find good pastries in Miami. I wish they had one near my apartment."
"Da italiana, posso dire che Rosetta Bakery Miami è una vera chicca. Finalmente un posto che porta negli Stati Uniti il sapore autentico della panetteria..."
