The staff was super friendly, welcomed my dog like a VIP, and even picked out the donut selection for me which was a dangerous but excellent decision. Great vibes, great people, and even better donuts. I’ll definitely be back… probably sooner than I should"

"Visited on a trip to Miami. Their vibe is very calm and the atmosphere is laid down they had a new edition Oreo donuts and many other flavors which were packed up swiftly. I ordered their half dozen and was able to get 5 dollars off for it being my first purchase by downloading the app. And it was so worth it I would say these are gourmet donuts my favorite flavors are the berry cheesecake and the Nutella they were very filling and good. I would recommend the 6-pack because the donuts are huge and you can easily share 1 donut with at least 3 people. For the size of donuts the amount paid is definitely worth it."

"I’m beyond disappointed with this location. Time and time again, they let me down. It doesn’t matter whether I order through the app or DoorDash, there’s always something missing. Today (ordered at 6:50 PM), I placed a simple order for two donuts and one drink. I received only one donut, and no drink. I specifically ordered the Hōjicha Vanilla Bean Latte, which in my opinion is the best drink The Salty Donut has ever offered. I was really looking forward to it, but once again, this location failed to deliver. At this point, I’d advise others not to bother placing online orders. Just go in person. It seems like they don’t value customers’ money or take the time to double-check online orders. This kind of service is unacceptable and needs to be fixed."

He’s always super friendly, remembers my order right away, and greets me like a regular even before I say anything. It’s rare to find that kind of consistency and genuine hospitality these days, but Adriano really sets the tone for the whole shop.
