"Tin Tin is a restaurant that truly understands balance. Every dish feels intentional, not just in presentation, but in flavor, texture, and freshness. Nothing is trying too hard and nothing feels accidental. We ordered the panzanella, Wagyu carpaccio, pork chop, gnocchi, and the raviolo, and every dish was excellent. The way Cuban traditional flavors are translated through an Italian, modern, and fresh lens is not just a concept here, it is genuinely executed. The food is refined without losing its soul. This was my second visit in just three weeks since they opened, and the consistency is already impressive. To finish, we had their take on a Cuban tiramisu with guava mascarpone, Maria cookie, port wine, and coffee. It was outstanding and absolutely worth saving room for. Living in Miami, specially in calle 8, it is hard to find a place where you can have a culinary experience, since restaurants cater for crowded tourism customers.
