I walked in planning to buy food — specifically a spinach empanada — and simply needed to wash my hands before ordering. There was only one restroom, and someone was using it, so I waited. While waiting, the cashier approached me to say that only customers can use the restroom. That policy is ridiculous in this situation because I never even got the chance to become a customer. What made the cashier assume I wasn’t going to buy anything? My wife and brother were literally standing outside waiting for me to place our order. To make things worse, when I finally did use the restroom, there wasn’t even any toilet paper. Basic upkeep should not be too much to ask. Because of that attitude and lack of care, they lost not just one sale, but three. Terrible way to treat people. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy."

"We ordered 3 iced caramel lattes and paid the full price for each. Instead, we were given 3 regular iced lattes with no caramel, and they were extremely watered down — basically coffee with water. The service was poor from the start. We were standing at the register waiting to be helped, yet two people who arrived after us were served first. When we pointed out that the drinks were missing the caramel and were not what we ordered, the staff insisted that we had ordered them “without caramel,” which was not true. I even offered to pay extra to have the caramel added, but they refused and did not offer any solution. Very disorganized service, unprofessional staff, and zero willingness to fix a clear mistake. Very disappointing experience."

"In this place they observe a rude policy of buy first and ask questions later, I observed how a client was denied the use of the restroom, simply because the client has not made a purchase yet, it is very natural for some one to wash or use the restrooms before food is ordered, it is sanitary and in my opinion a good habit, and discretion should be used, the client was appropriately dress and did ask politely, no pets, no inappropriate dress or rudeness to the staff , the client was also a diabetic, I made a purchase just so that , they will let him use the restrooms, no toilet paper was provided the restrooms were filty, and this place is located in 3401 N Miami Ave, Ste 122 Miami FL 33127, an adress were your average client makes a very good living. So very bad judgment, never ever disqualified a client were ever you sell, and if you can't afford toilet paper in your restaurant, then perhaps you should not be in the hospitality business."

Today I ordered 2 adult sandwiches and one of them couldn’t even satisfy the hunger of a small child the tots are 4 dollars and the give you 7 small peices and the honestly feel like the ones from Dunkin’ Donuts mind you we spent 40 before tip for a 1 coffee 2 sandwiches which one was fine the other was laughable and a side of tots"
