"I had such a wonderful experience ordering my coffee today! I got back to my apartment only to have my cat knock over my entire cup and when I went back and showed them the picture, they were extremely accommodating and empathetic and quickly remade the drink for me. I am extremely grateful for their kindness and excellent customer service! They always have consistently high quality coffee and very friendly workers. I highly recommend attending this location and getting a coffee or two!"

"So disappointed in my experience today. I pulled in behind one car around 2 pm. There were 2 employees at the window having what looked like a counseling session w the occupants of the car ahead of me. I sat there for 5 minutes. No products were handed to the people, no payments being made, just this in-depth conversation, a lot of empathetic head nods and definitely no acknowledgement of me sitting and waiting. I don't mind friendly interactions but when there is a drive-through line, there should also be a focus on moving folks along. After 5 minutes I finally backed up and left. I drove out of the parking lot and went to the traffic light. While I was sitting at the light, I noticed the same car sitting at the window and another car had now pulled up behind it. I don't know when that first car arrived, but by the time the light changed, it had been at least 10 minutes since I had gotten in line. This is the second time I have sat behind a car at this location where at that time a long conversation was underway. They were not waiting for an order because no transactions occurred while I sat there. I managed to wait that time. Did not have the patience today."

"Stopped by Cali Coffee today, boy was I shocked that this was a drive thru or pick up window only facility. Yes, I noticed that it says drive thru on the sign but I interpreted that as drive thru option, not...drive thru/pick up only. The store itself looks so large from the outside, I was sure it was going to be super cute inside. But, alas, you cannot enter. Initial shock aside, the barista at the pick up window in the front was super nice. Although, I almost tripped and broke my ankle on that unmarked sidewalk dip by the menu. There def should be some markings to note that there's a curb. My peripheral vision only saw light gray side walk and assumed it was the same height. Oof. The coffee and chai latte were pretty good. I love that there's milk alternatives and different sugar substitutes. The atmosphere was pretty cheery and I left happy. It's definitely a good place for a to-go beverage."

"I don’t frequent this coffee place as much as I used to, partly because costs are going up and partly because I know that my coffee may taste amazing one day and ok another. However, the pumpkin butter- hot or cold- is awesome! 😎 I’ve purchased drinks here quite a bit in the last year and have only had one time when the person was not interested in serving. The people (it’s typically girls in their 20s- in fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone there older than that!) are almost always friendly. My biggest complaint would be that it takes forever to earn a free drink."
