"The food is good. The service is Not bad, but frequently a wait that exceeds your patience. The atmosphere is meh. It’s all to go. The coffee is good. The croissants with egg, cheese and bacon are great to take out and sit in the deck and watch the dolphins frolic. The line to order is long. The line to await your order to be prepared is long. But crowded means it must be good…or the only game in town…in the property for fancy coffee and a “quick” bite. Despite the gripes, I’ve been dozens of times and will return."

"My friend and I got up really early, so we could wake up with fresh coffee. We stopped at the coffee shop. The employees were super friendly and eager to help. We both got ice coffees. We both loved them. The shop is nice and small. It's a grab and go setting. I would definitely stop by again for my morning caffeine. The atmosphere was nice and pleasant. Our drinks were made in a timely manner."

"Coffee was fine but capacity planning is lacking. You need more baristas and staff for special events. Everyone at our conference had to wait 30-50 minutes in line for a simple drink."

"We were searching for a coffee shop and this popped up. It was within 2 miles which took 20 minutes and then it was behind 2 gated areas in the Hilton hotel. We just wanted a “coffee shop”. Not a detour like this. It may be fabulous but it should say in the beginning that it’s located in the Hilton."
