"I’ve been a loyal customer of Blently since the day they opened, but sadly, things have gone downhill fast. The service from the associates has become awful — they treat their customers with zero respect, don’t get back to you in a timely manner, and make no effort to accommodate when something goes wrong or needs fixing. All of the knowledgeable, friendly employees who actually understood the products are gone, replaced by associates who clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Most of the time, you’re met with blank stares instead of helpful answers. Now it’s obvious why all the good employees left — we’ve heard firsthand that management treats their staff just as poorly as they treat their customers. We won’t be giving Blently our business anymore, and I’d recommend others think twice before spending their money here. In Alejandro has got to be the worst employee we have ever seen there. Extremely rude, just like the owners.That's probably how he got the job."
