"used to really like this place, but my last two visits were disappointing. Last week, my coworker bought a dessert that had mold. We brought it to their attention, and to be fair, they were very apologetic and even gave us a free coffee. Today, however, I bought three different desserts, and one of them the arroz con leche was way beyond bad. It tasted as if it had been sitting out for weeks. I almost threw up. After two incidents like this, I definitely won’t be buying anything else from here."

"This review is not intended to destroy the reputation of CAO bakery; however, I believe the management should work on its improvement based on customers' recommendations. This morning in my order, I got an orange juice that I'd say it was 10% orange juice, another 90% water. Maybe it was not my lucky day and mine was the only one in that condition, BUT all of them seemed the same in the fridge, maybe they should be checked out. I did not return it cause it was a takeout and I realized half-way down the way to work. I just hope and wish CAO's quality of service is not spiraling down."
