from Google"I have made it a new tradition to visit Roaslia's Kitchen on my birthday for the past two years. Why? Because the food is wonderfully flavored and portioned very well, the staff is super caring and attentive, and the drinks are crafted to perfection. I love the intimate setting. Moreover, I LOVE the themes. A good theme is a sign of intention and care for the customer experience. The fact that they put so much effort into changing it up, refining details, and immersing visitors into the experience makes me feel so considered as a customer who likes to frequent the right spots and values changes to my experience each time. For this visit in particular, Steph was my server and she was absolutely amazing--very warm and friendly, enthusiastic about the restaurant, and was so helpful informing me of all the new features being offered coinciding with the theme. There are so many restaurants where servers are just "nice", but they don't make you feel necessarily welcomed. Here, I have always felt like a welcomed new addition to the Rosalia family for the duration of my time dining, and feel the closeness of the staff to one another, which pours over into the warmth and intentionality of the establishment. Thank you for a wonderful time each visit! And thank you Steph—as well as the rest of the staff who were so kind and who assisted throughout—for making my birthday dining experience so seamless and beautiful. Super excited I got to play the new game and leave with a *charming* gift, too! "Such a cute spot! I’ve been here for brunch and dinner multiple times. They do have theme menus and decor . Reservations are required for most days. I must say that the service is always fantastic from beginning to end and one of the owner was very present making sure everything look good. To start we had a Peach Bellini, strawberry mimosa and the "Can You Rub My Duckie?" Which were all very tasty. For main we had the Brunch Sliders (the meat was perfectly cooked, not dry and so well seasoned) and the eggs were runny and delicious. We also shared the Shakshuka with pita bread which had a strong red pepper taste and used the pita to soak the sauce. For dessert we had the absolute amazingly delicious Biscoff cheesecake and that thing must have crack because it was so addicting OMG definitely a must try. Overall i definitely recommend to check them out."
"You need a reservation for this restaurant. It’s a small, cozy, popular Italian-Mediterranean fusion spot in Miramar, Florida, known for its festive decor. I went because of the Christmas decorations and wanted to celebrate Christmas Day with my daughter. The food felt authentic to me in an Italian-American sense. You pick your pasta, your sauce, and your protein for an additional charge. I really enjoyed the Cremus Bisco cocktail, and the Corsican Cheeseburger Sliders were very flavorful. My al limone linguine with steak was good, but next time I’d probably choose shrimp since it was more flavorful and tender than the steak. The pistachio pesto was good to me, but my daughter thought it was a bit dry. I think you have to be a pesto fan to enjoy it, and I’ve never really been one. If you made it this far, I can’t stress enough that you need a reservation. I booked through their Instagram page. The place is very small, so I doubt large groups can be accommodated. Think of it as a cozy dinner at Nana’s house."
"We went here for our first time and upon walking in you see how beautifully decorated the restaurant is. I ordered the drink with the Gringe hand and the candy cane. Both my cocktails were delicious and brought so much joy to see. I got the sliders and they were tasty. My husband got braised beef ravioli with a tomato sauce. There was hardly any beef in it and sauce was bitter and flavorless. I celebrated my birthday here and the staff was wonderful they made sure to make me feel special. I highly recommend coming here for a fun and unforgettable time."
"Customer service was excellent even though I didn't make a reservation, I was so lucky to not be waiting that long and they got me a spot at the bar. The food was delicious. I got d grinch mimosa and it was very balanced . The boozy meatball sampler with the three different sauces were the right amount of sweetness , sizes and the sauces were amazing. The Christmas pasta was nutty with fresh basil sauce like they advertised it. Pasta and mozzarella were so fresh. It was very delightful. Will definitely come back. Last I got a chance to taste coquito for the first time as a complimentary from the restaurant. So good with all the cinnamon, coconut, vanilla flavor. I really enjoyed the holiday ambiance there. 10 out of 10!"
