"The bakery is so disappointed 🙁 Try to reply to the owner here, Google reviews seems to have no reply to the owner's comment function, so I edited my review here. Didn’t change my rating. Thank you for your response. I understand and respect that you are a family-owned business, and I truly wish local businesses to do well. To clarify, my rating was based on my actual experience. I ordered a croissant, a cinnamon roll, and coffee. The coffee was good, which is why I rated service and atmosphere higher. However, the baked goods were very disappointing: the croissant tasted dry and refrigerated, as if it had been stored uncovered, and the cinnamon roll was extremely hard with a factory-like taste. I was disappointed enough that I didn’t even feel comfortable taking photos, which I usually do when food is enjoyable. I believe honest feedback—positive and negative—is important for improvement. Being family-owned does not change the customer experience, and my review reflects that experience truthfully. I appreciate you taking the time to respond."

"First time at the Black Letter. It's a small Cafe but I was pleasantly surprised by a nice fresh menu. There's also outdoor seating. Who doesn't like crepes! Young man cooking crepes did a great job recommending their mixed berry crepe, it was delicious! There was a small issue of them forgetting my coffee so they refunded my drink cost to me and quickly made it ready. That's what I call a great customer service! Iced Mocha was great too. Sorry for the photos, I was in a rush and starving, forgot to take photos of the beautiful crepe before I dug into it."

"Very cute little cafe tucked in beautiful Villages of Venetian Bay. I had a large iced latte which was excellent and then I had a savory crepe with ham, Swiss, tomato, avocado, greens, and a curry sauce. It was very good, they served it with a little side sales and balsamic dressing with wood silverware. They were playing 80’s music which I love so it was a nice touch. Defiantly will be coming back!"

"What a delight ! If you are looking for a pick me up or the best cup of joe I highly recommend Black Letter Coffee! Staff were super accommodating and welcoming. The coffee was great and the breakfast burrito hands down 10/10. The outdoor seating was so nice to enjoy the Florida sunshine on a beautiful day! You can tell they care about what they do and they do it well!"
