"GLDN Hour Coffee is a must-go when in Naples. The quality of the food and drinks is top notch! Both the coffee and matcha is supreme! My friends and I ordered off of the new winter menu with great flavors! The workers are friendly and make the atmosphere more welcoming. *Not pictured, the sourdough bagel bombs which are also wonderful!"

"I tried GLDN Hour for the first time yesterday and i have to say I’m pretty disappointed. I came here to get a matcha for a friend because she said they’re her favorite and I also got a latte + bagel bomb for myself. That order cost about $25 (including tip) which felt steep for a grab-and-go style coffee shop. It was a busy day, but it took about 20 minutes to get 2 drinks and a pastry. The coffee was just okay, but when I got home I took a sip about half way through finishing the coffee and pulled a shard of plastic from my mouth (pictured). Looks like its from a piece of their machinery or from a storage lid or something? I know its just a mistake, but the overall experience was just not great and this solidified that I won’t be coming back."

"I don’t get out often because I’m a new mom but when I do, I go to GLDN hour. I personally love the guava mama iced matcha drink-it literally transports me to a tropical jungle with all the yummy flavors. The staff is beyond friendly. I appreciate their attention to detail. The space is also very inviting. If you need a break from work or just a little pick me up GLDN hour is the place to go. When I get to go there it’s the highlight of my day. Do yourself a favor and get there."

"Absolutely the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to. I ordered a cold brew and they were out, but waited 10 minutes to even tell me. They just had my cup sitting there with 1/4 filled. They call me ask if I wanted a different coffee so I said that’s fine. And they make me the worst drip coffee I’ve ever had. They added like half a cup of distilled water to my coffee? What on earth is the point of that? Horrible coffee"

"Yummy drinks, fun seasonals! Minimalistic space, limited seating-- better for grab and go. The nitpick that I feel I'm allowed to make since I was just in LA for 4 years-- the prices are pretty steep here. $8-9 for an iced latte with "regular" milk is kinda whack in SWFL. I get that's the signatures and they add foam etc. so I get why they're doing it, not a knock, it's delicious, just something to be aware of when you go."
