"We visited the Southern Grounds location in St. Augustine the day before coming here, and that location truly stood out for its atmosphere and service. Unfortunately, the Neptune Beach location didn’t quite have the same charm, and our drinks weren’t as good compared to what we had the day prior. That said, I still enjoy Southern Grounds overall and appreciate it far more than the typical corporate coffee chains. Even when one location doesn’t quite hit the mark, I still prefer supporting a brand that offers a more thoughtful, local coffee experience."

"My husband and I are from Ohio, and every time we visit Jacksonville, Southern Grounds is the one place we go back to multiple times during our trip. The iced dirty chai with a double shot is an absolute must—perfectly balanced and so delicious. And their breakfast sandwiches are seriously top-tier. Great atmosphere, amazing food, and consistently excellent coffee. It’s become one of our favorite spots, hands down!"

"Great drinks, I had an amazing bagel with herb cream cheese and a summer special iced tea/lemonade and husband had a banana chocolate chip muffin with a macchiato. Daughter had a strawberry banana smoothie that she loved! Great atmosphere with a cute courtyard, lots of tables available with umbrellas for shade. Customer service was great as well."

"Love coming here for the coffee and outdoor patio seating. I very much appreciate the latte art. My only dislike is the pastries. The cakes are very dry. I believe this to be due to pre slicing and letting sit in the chiller. Muffins as well taste like they’re a few days old. Just not worth the price"
