"Betty Cakes has been a long time favorite of mine ever since moving to Ocala almost 10 years ago. Today, however, they really proved how amazing they are. I dropped the ball and completely forgot to order cupcakes and a cake for my kiddos birthday. I called them at 10:30am asking if they could make me 18 chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream and asked if they had any chocolate cakes already made. They had a cake and wrote on it for me, made the cupcakes, and had everything ready for pick up by 2pm. They really saved the day!"

"I ordered a cake and paid extra for the design and color. The color was not what was ordered and the design did not match the photo supplied. I have no issues with the quality of their cakes , but I expected the design to be closer and the color to be what was ordered. They were even supplied a photo. Very disappointed. I took the cake even though it wasn’t what I ordered because it was needed today. I feel I should be re-imbursed for the artwork."

"It's a wonderful place to enjoy lunch and shop for a wide variety of gift items as well. The Reuben and corn chowder were delicious and it was hard to decide which sweet treat to indulge in. I decided on the chocolate chip cookie icing sandwich and was beyond thrilled!"
