"If I could give Elliano’s a minus star I would. They ask for a tip, however, they cannot get the order right. I asked for a bagel buttered, and what I got was a bagel with two packages of butter thrown into the box. Then, when I called the Store location and spoke to the shift manager, her response was “well, what do you want me to do about it ?” My response was maybe you need to educate your workers on how to read a ticket, Because the order said, item buttered, not put butter in the box for the customer to do it. Maybe you need to get the order right and you’ll get a tip."

"Most of the stuff is good but when you put in an order ahead of time you still have to wait in line. Today I got a banana and a hot chocolate which I never get. The banana was split open, and had an hair on it and the hot chocolate tasted weird and wasn’t that hot. Yes I went to the location on 200 by the Waffle House. Full order was a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, two hot chocolates, and a banana this morning right before 9am."

"Worst Ellianos Ive been to, I use to LOVE LOVE LOVE Ellianos until I come here.they didn’t train very good.please send super visor and retrain the all stuff. Please don't serve customers while eating something. Also, my co-worker was planning to drink something two hours later, so I ordered an ice and coffee separately, but the coffee was less than half full (large size). I was so shocked.and they don’t have customize on online order so everybody have to get on looooooong line.have fun the line until Dutch bros come in 2026 by 200."
