"I visit Ellianos all over the state, and the customer service at this location was genuinely top-notch. Tripp and Brooke were personable, welcoming, and on point. My coffee and breakfast came out fast, and they even threw in a new car air freshener. Small touch, but appreciated. Great service all around. Stop in and see them."

"Our drinks were wonderful as always but the chicken salad is different at every location. This chicken salad was all mayo and not edible. I called to ask for refund but was told to do it through app. Found nothing I could do on the app to get refund or credit. When I visit the Starke Ellianos’s location the chicken salad is always amazing. I’m so disappointed. My husband did love his apple fritter!"

"I come here often, especially my Friday coffee morning for the office. But this has always been such a great experience. I use the mobile app but I’ll wait in line at times and it’s not a long wait ever. Coffee is always amazing of course. Please do yourself a favor grab this instead of Starbucks. Much more of a quality coffee. The team is always kind and they do the best all around providing amazing service and amazing coffee."
