"I wanted to give this place a 5-star soooo bad but missing a topping that was paid for is less than ideal. The bagel was absolutely delicious and the service was phenomenal. I loved the ambiance. Definitely don’t regret anything about my experience here. My bagel was mistakenly made with cheddar instead of gouda which was fixed quickly and the worker even asked if I wanted to keep it. I only dropped the star when the new bagel came back without the lettuce I paid extra for but the cheese was correct! (They are a bit pricey I might add) I didn’t want to waste a second bagel though so I ate my meal and left. It was an honest mistake and I still would recommend this to everyone I know because that bagel was 1000% awesome! Coming back soon 😋"

"I went into this bagel shops because I saw the big “NY BAGELS” sign… These are not NY bagels, the bagel shop made a mockery of NY bagels. As soon as I open the bag of bagels, guess what I saw… PLASTIC. These bagels are not worth $9.50. The bagels were very hot almost microwaved, these bagels tasted and felt store bought."
