Nayda then sends me an email stating, "I noticed that your event date falls on Sunday, February 15. Unfortunately, our studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and we are unable to accommodate pickups or deliveries on those days." Ummm, the date was the the FIRST message I sent you. It would've been good to know that before I advised OTHER cake vendors that I selected N' Sweet Delights."

"Ordered a Puerto Rican cake for my daughter’s second Minnie Mouse themed birthday party and it was a huge hit. The owner was good about communicating regarding the style of the cake and provided me with a sketch of what it would look like. There was a small discrepancy with the delivery time but I’ll take more ownership of that because I should have advised her that the venue would not let us in before a certain time but her delivery person was early (which is normally a great thing lol) she was really easy to work with. We were both able to rectify the issue before the party. In person it was even more beautiful and people were impressed at how good that cake tasted, EVERYONE loved it! My daughter kept saying “mmmmm” as she ate it too. It was the perfect size for a party of 35 and we still had leftovers. Cakes are reasonably priced and the customer service is great, I had no issue paying for my order or communicating with her. I definitely recommend her cakes to anyone looking. 10/10!!!!!!"
