"This is blatant false advertising. It’s supposed to be GRILLED chicken. Every single time I’ve ordered this sandwich in the past it was the proper way of cooking it, and SEASONED. What I received is bland, unseasoned, not grilled (looks boiled) lunch meat sandwich. I bit into it and immediately had a piece of gristle in it that I spat out. I’m beyond disappointed and insulted they would charge $8 for this. I’m requesting a refund, and I’m calling the store because that’s ridiculous. Tried calling the store 10x but evidently the store is on fire so nobody can answer. Worst experience with a Red Owl I’ve ever had."

"My mom and I came into Red Owl while having our car repaired at Midas next door and were glad we did! Mike from the shop told us of all the wraps, muffins, and biscuits available alongside specialty coffees, so we came in. The service was great and the place was so clean and stylish! There's a collection of dogs enjoying their pup-cups on the wall... How adorable?! I really liked the experience and would recommend coming in for an icy treat!"

"Very nice place, quiet and clean, you can bring your laptop to work there while enjoying their coffee which has a variety of flavors. One of my favorite coffee place. They’re also have a free pup cup of whip cream for my dog."

"I must admit, I wasn't expecting the coffee to be as delicious as it was! I am an avid coffee drinker and typically turn my nose up to "coffee chains" and visit more local places that roast on site. However this place is AWESOME. Coffee was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. Online ordering was also a breeze. Will definitely be coming back here very soon :)"

"Okay, so this place should literally be put in the running for best coffee shop in Orange Park! ☕️ Try the golden owl (hot or iced) if you like a caramel macchiato or a traditional caramel latte. I had it with oat milk and it was sooo satisfying. I work remote and I brought my laptop with me to get a little work done. I love the shop aesthetic, and there were plenty of places to sit and plug-in. WiFi here is great by the way. Wonderful hospitality as well, the staff is super friendly and helpful. On my first visit I had a few questions about dairy-free milk options and drink sizes, and they were all answered with no hesitation. Great customer service goes such a long way these days. ⭐️ 5/5 stars - If you haven’t visited yet, you should stop by! Highly recommend. — Update: I’ve stopped by a couple of times since my initial visit, and I still like this Red Owl Coffee location. Hopefully they keep up the fantastic work. Looking forward to bringing a few friends with me on my next visit!"
